A Web Based Helpdesk and Asset Management Software. The helpdesk database will maintain a comprehensive record of complaints and service performance of operators, as well as a comprehensive record of financial and service indicators of each of the Internet centres. This database will be readily available for online (internet) consultation by the corporate management.
